OVER ON THE BLOG...
A BIT ABOUT ME
I want to write the kind of books I love reading. Books with characters who make you smile or cry, set in beautiful places. Books that explore themes like hope, reconciliation and second chances. I believe stories don't just entertain us, they have the power to change and shape us too.
I've got close to a decade's experience working in Communications, and I'm also a mum to two brilliant children.
I love coffee, tree houses, puffins, libraries, Welsh cakes, and of course books!

The story is engrossing from cover to cover. It wraps up with a very satisfying (and, for this reader, surprisingly emotional) ending. I look forward to more from this author.

This is a delightful novel with a great character at the heart of the story. Uplifting and quite life affirming. If you loved The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce, then you might also like this!

Wong’s second novel is a thoughtful representation of how complex realities are perceived and interpreted by children, with some atmospheric writing evoking the Northern landscape.
